Happy Moo Milk
This is a collaborative devising performance inspired by Stardust Nation by Deborah Levy.
The story is surrounded by two main characters, Tom and Nick. Their memories are entwined together and consuming each other. We found there are some diary words in the text and represent different meanings behind. Then we started to explore the white opaque fluid on our body or in the kitchen.
The main piece is performed in a kitchen which is a space for cooking, baking and making foods. We are showing the circulation of manufacturing the milk from a human and the cruelty in the process. We also invite the audience to taste the milk and interrogate the participatory.
